Delivery Area

The PRODUCTS offered can only be delivered within Europe. Orders cannot be placed for delivery addresses outside this AREA. The PRODUCTS will be shipped to the delivery addresses specified by the CUSTOMER during the ordering process.

Shipping Time

Hello, your order will be delivered to you within 7–15 business days.
The time required for order preparation, invoice issuance, and stock verification is specified on OUR WEBSITE. These timeframes do not include weekends or public holidays. Provided the email address specified in the registration form is correct, an automatic email will be sent to the CUSTOMER when the PRODUCTS are shipped.

Delivery Times and Fees During the ordering process, the SELLER will inform the CUSTOMER about the estimated delivery times and methods for the purchased PRODUCTS. Shipping fees are calculated based on the selected delivery method. In cases where free shipping is not offered, these fees are paid by the CUSTOMER in addition to the price of the purchased PRODUCTS. Details regarding delivery times and costs are specified on the WEBSITE. DELIVERY TERMS The package will be delivered to the CUSTOMER upon signature and presentation of identification. If the CUSTOMER is not present, a delivery notice will be left so that the CUSTOMER can pick up the package from the post office. DELIVERY ISSUES The CUSTOMER is informed of the delivery date specified when selecting the carrier at the end of the online ordering process before confirming the order. It is specified that deliveries will be made within a maximum of thirty (30) days. If this is not possible, the CUSTOMER must formally notify the SELLER to make the delivery within a reasonable period and may terminate the contract if delivery is not made within that period. Upon receipt of the notice of termination, the SELLER shall promptly refund to the CUSTOMER the total amount paid for the PRODUCTS, including taxes and delivery costs, using the payment method the CUSTOMER used for the purchase.
